Minor emergencies, convenient care.
When you need medical care for minor illness or injury but your doctor’s office isn’t open or they can’t get you an appointment, the FastTrack ER at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center is open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. Our FastTrack ER is an extension of our ER and is designed to care for less-critical emergencies. Should your emergency become more serious, we can quickly get you the care you need or admit you to the Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center if necessary.
Our FastTrack ER is for anyone aged 2 and older with medical conditions that are not emergencies but require treatment within 24 hours, including:
- Cough symptoms
- Sore throat
- Back pain
- Bites, stings, and allergic reactions
- Burning or infrequent urination
- Constipation or diarrhea
- Suture removal
- Wound checks
- Prescription refills
Use the ER entrance and check-in for our FastTrack ER. We also have complimentary valet parking to make your visit even faster. FastTrack ER is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center ER is open 24 hours a day.
