Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center in Fredericksburg, VA. Since the opening of SRMC in June 2010, volunteers have played a vital role in our ability to provide the best customer care and patient service. Our dedicated team of approximately 180 active individuals has received recognition from the hospital, community groups, and national organizations for their dedication toward service and innovative ideas.
What duties will I be doing as a volunteer at the hospital?
At SRMC, volunteers make a difference in more than 30 different roles, ranging from clinical areas to office settings. Possibilities include greeting guests upon their entrance to the hospital, serving customers in the gift shop, or providing support for our patients and our staff. The role you fill will be discussed in an interview where we’ll match your availability and goals as a volunteer with the hospital’s needs.
