Fredericksburg, Va - HCA Virginia has announced that Will Aycock will serve as chief operations officer for Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.

Aycock first worked with HCA as a Healthcare Recruiter at HCA Capital Division in Richmond, Virginia where he supported 18 hospital campuses across Virginia, New Hampshire, Kentucky, and Indiana. Most recently Aycock was working as the assistant administrator and interim chief operations officer at Fauquier Health where he had administrative oversight over a wide variety of the healthcare provider's services.

Aycock has a master's degree in health administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. He is also on the board of the Northern Virginia Hospital Alliance and is active in ACP, a national nonprofit organization focused on helping returning veterans and active duty spouses find their next careers through one-on-one mentoring.
